Deadline Information: Online application forms are available at the Greater Europe Education (GEE)
website. The student can send his/her completed application directly by clicking
on the 'Submit Form' button at the bottom of the form. Alternatively, the student
can request a private application be sent to his/her email address by writing to
privacy@geeducation.org. Then, the student will receive detailed instructions on
completing and sending the application back to GEE. Completed applications
must be sent to GEE by the deadline date.
Number of Recipients: The number of awards offered varies annually. Last year, one award was given.
Award Amount: $2,500 annually, non-renewable.
Requirements: • This award is for international and U.S. students.
• Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate and
graduate award.
Additional Information: GEE is an educational and informational site that gives the student a starting
place in his/her research on studying abroad in Europe. GEE provides the
student with relevant knowledge about traveling, living, and studying in Europe,
as well as helping him/her through the application process of specific schools.
Please note: Students do not have to plan to study abroad in order to apply for
this award. The personal information the student provides in the scholarship
application is used for determining his/her eligibility to advance into the final
round of judging. Finalists will be contacted by email and asked to answer a set
of more detailed questions before GEE selects the final recipient(s) of the cash
award. The top two or three finalists may be asked to go through a short phone
interview to validate and to verify their personal information.
